Enjoy a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, the largest island off the coast of New England.  The island is famous for historic sea captain homes and mansions, charming gingerbread cottages, the nation’s oldest operating Carousel plus boutiques, galleries and world-class restaurants.

Explore the island on your own. You might enjoy lunch at the famous Black Dog restaurant, or an afternoon ice cream at Mad Martha’s and dinner overlooking the ocean.  Spend the afternoon at the beach; there are miles of pristine beaches.  Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour on a sightseeing bus or purchase a Vineyard Transit day pass ($8 adults, $5 seniors) allowing you to travel all day between the towns and even “up island” with departures every fifteen minutes. Wednesday, depart for Boston! Enjoy free time FREE TIME and LUNCH on your own in BOSTON at QUINCY MARKET.  You will feel the cobblestones beneath your feet, see roaming performers and be able to taste the wonderfully diverse ethnic foods available to you.  There are 100 shops, carts and artisans to offer treasures for you to take home with you!

Wednesday afternoon, we’ll visit the KING TUT EXHIBITION. “Treasures from the famed Egyptian ruler King Tut are coming to Boston. The more than 150 artifacts from Tutankhamun’s tomb are on display  at The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza, a special events space in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood. The exhibit is billed at the largest display of Tut treasures ever to travel outside of Egypt. The objects will become part of the permanent collection of the Grand Egyptian Museum currently under construction in Egypt.

Wednesday late afternoon, you’ll check-in to Encore Boston Harbor Casino. Enjoy the afternoon gaming or exploring the many amenities of the Resort. For dinner, use your meal voucher at one of Encore’s many restaurants or the buffet. Meal voucher valued at $20.

Thursday morning enjoy breakfast at Encore and leisurely time for gaming and exploring all that Encore has to offer. We’ll depart Thursday afternoon for home.
