Upon arrival in Quebec City\, we’ll make a 45 minute stop at the Farmer’s Market.  A great chance to pick up snacks for the weekend (perhaps a bottle of wine and cheese)\, purchase some maple syrup to take home or look for gifts for family and friends. Next\, we’ll check into the Hotel Palace Royal\, a fairly new four star hotel across the street from Parliament Hill and alongside the historic walls\, the hotel offers a fantastic location for our stay in Quebec City.  The hotel has a restaurant and indoor pool and garden. Freshen up before your 7:30pm dinner reservation at  Cafe du Monde\, An authentic Parisian bistro located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River located in the Old Port of Quebec. \nSunday morning/afternoon savor your free time to enjoy Quebec City on your own\, the hotel is located within walking distance to most major attractions and shops.  Sunday night you’ll partake in a 5:30pm dinner at Aux Anciens Canadiens\, one of Quebec’s finest restaurants with distinctively authentic decor in a house built in 1675\,  a warm and charming ancestral home.
